Agenda:
The committee will conduct a hearing to receive testimony on the following bills:
Bill No. 29-0065 – An Act authorizing the government of the Virgin Islands to acquire real property for public use located at Remainder Matr. 1 & 216 Estate Cane Prince Quarter, Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820 in accordance with Title 31, V.I.C., chapter 231a, with the purchase price to be paid by the Public Finance Authority.
Bill No. 29-0066 – An Act to provide incentives for the payment of property taxes and to provide for a waiver of all interests and penalties for a period where a lump sum payment was made or for the period on April 1, 2011 through Dec. 31, 2011, whichever occurs later, and for other purposes.
Bill No. 29-0067 – An Act to generate revenue to assist the V.I. Waste Management Authority and the V.I. Water and Power Authority and for other purposes.
Bill No. 29-0149 – An Act to amend Title 27, chapter 11, section 352a of the V.I.C., to establish additional temporary volume control restrictions
Bill No. 29-0130 – An Act reserving 30 percent of the lots or housing units at Parcel No. 2-Remainder Estate Donoe, St. Thomas, V.I. exclusively for veterans
Bill No. 29-0084 – An Act amending Title 31, V.I.C., Part II, chapter 21, section 203, relating to the usage of the Government Printing Office

Bill No. 29-0047 – An Act amending Title 18, V.I.C., as it relate to elections
