Feb. 13, 2009 – Marion Leola Wilson also known as "Sister Marion Muhammad," of White Lady died on Feb. 7, at her residence. She was 74 years old.
She is survived by her children: Gadol Ton (formerly Ralph Wilson Jr.), Ronald Wilson Sr., Robert Ogami Wilson, Rachael Wilson-Samuel, Ramondo/Ochun Liebo (Raymond Wilson), Ras Moz'I El Bey (formerly Russell Wilson), Marion Wilson, Richard Muhammad, Renee Renisha Wilson and Ryan Muhammad; grandchildren: Kareesa, Shakira, Starlyn, RaJohn, Rahim, Ramir, Shareen, Ronald Jr., Keenan, Najee, Kendyl, Kai, Kyle, Kassani, Kwame, Jerome, Wanda, Gail, Khaleen, Chinua, Rashad, Tahir, Nayyirah, Najah, Majeedah; and great-grandchildren: Ashlee, Chantee, Kayden, Khaaliq and Ervin III. She is also survived by brothers: William, Warren, Walter and Washington Rooks; sister/dear friend: Carmen Bastian; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Friendensberg Moravian Church in Frederiksted.
