Nov. 19, 2007 – Amos LaFond of Estate Grove Place died on Nov. 12.
He is survived by his wife, Aileen Lafond; children: Doreen, Dorian, Arundel, Peter, Patricia, Randy, Sarah, Florette, Neville, Collin, Connie, Stacy, Ronald, Agustina and Anderia; 40 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Other survivors include brothers: Eucif, Remis, Felix, Tom, Franklyn, Zizim and Francis; sisters: Baba, Sonia, Martin, Dagma, Jean, Rose, Fatima, Francisca, Bernita, Udita, Eugene and Clara; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., on Friday, Nov. 23, at St. Ann's Catholic Church. The funeral Service will follow at 10:30 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at the Kingshill Cemetery.
