The Virgin Islands Resource Conservation and Development Council Inc. (VIRC&D) and the St. Croix Hiking Association invite the public to work off a few Thanksgiving pounds by helping to "spruce up" the Estate Adventure Nature Trail. It will take place from 7 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, Nov. 24, at Trail Head, across from the V.I. Ag Fair Grounds, Estate Lower Love. Students, teachers, hikers, birders, ecologists, researchers and St. Croix nature lovers who want to help maintain, improve, expand and protect the nature trail are encouraged to participate. Water and some equipment will be provided.
