A 55-year-old Estate Bordeaux man was arrested about 5:20 p.m. Sunday and charged with grand larceny, according to the V.I. Police Department.
Michael Swift was arrested after the victim said he caught him removing a television from under a shed at the Crown Bay Marina and attempting to put it in his vehicle. During further investigation officers located several other items belonging to the victim in Swift’s vehicle, the police report said.
Swift’s bail was set at $35,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
