Vendor applications for the Carnival 2013 Cultural Fair are now available for pick up at the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee’s office, located on lower Main Street, across from the Department of Finance.
Applicants are encouraged to fill out the applications and turn them in right away as the demand for a vending spot during this celebration of culture, food and crafts are in very high demand.
VICC office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
