In June, the St. Croix Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. will award its annual Rita Weber Scholarship to three graduating female seniors, one each from a public, private and parochial school on St. Croix. To be eligible, applicants must be female, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be accepted to a college or university and show financial need.
Applications must be postmarked on or before April 13 and can be picked up from a school counselor. A legacy (daughter or sister of a Delta) is not eligible for the annual scholarship. For details, call Sandra Setorie at 643-6885.
