The Department of Human Services Head Start program is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year. Children must be 3 to 5 years old on or before Dec. 31 to be eligible for the program. Each application must include the child’s birth certificate, social security and immunization card as well as proof of family income.
Applications are accepted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Human Services’ main offices located on St. Thomas at the Knud Hansen Complex and at the Sugar Estate Multipurpose Center, and on St. Croix at their office in Anna’s Hope.
