Gabrina Richard-Richemond Kensington, better known as “Michelle” or “Gabo,” died on Dec. 24.
She is predeceased by her father, Duclos Richard-Richemond and mother, Elvire Tussanint. She is survived by her husband, Rupert Kensington; sister-in-law, Nicole Dory; son, Gladimir Richard-Richmonde; daughter, Emlynne Richard-Richemond; brothers: Michael Richard-Richemond and Joseph Dennis; sisters: Clairmelie Richard –Richemonde and Yolende Joseph; sister-in-law, Nicole Dory; grandchildren: Kayhania, Kanye and Khamani Estrill; nieces: Yolande Joseph and Keisha Elisma; nephews: Jean-Raymond Louis, Claudy and Wilkens Toussaint, and Marco Elisma; aunt, Angelique LiGonde; special friends: Bernadette L. Rainey and Paulette Brown Peters; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a first viewing held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. A second viewing will take place from 8:15-9:15 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. It will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
