Allen Sinclair Venzen Sr. Dies

Allen Sinclair Venzen Sr. died on Nov. 14.
He is survived by his wife, Verna Morton Venzen; sons: Allen Venzen Jr. and Tyrone Venzen; daughter, Shahara Garcia; mother, Dorthy Leona Donovan-Venzen (deceased); father, Julien Emanuel Venzen (deceased); sisters: Lydia Venzen-Alcala and Nydia Venzen-Deutschmann; brothers: Julien A. Venzen, Alvin Venzen, Melvin Venzen, Kelvin Venzen and J. Lockhard; nieces: Maurie Alcala-Calloway, Patricia Alcala-Garcia, Tiffiny McCain, Amanda Deutschmann, Dorothy Deutschmann, Julie Venzen, Natasha Venzen, Radiant Toussaint, Simone Venzen, Shantel Toussaint, Shamaya Morton and Shana Morton; and nephews: Christopher Alcala, Hector Quetel, Michael Venzen, Matthew Venzen, Gilberto Venzen, Bryan Venzen, David Venzen, Tyree Morton, Tyrell Morton, Jaleei Morton and Cory McCain.
He is also survived by great nieces: Corrianna Calloway, Kaly Garcia, Mya Alcala and Ryleigh Alcala; great nephews: Cameron Calloway, Nicholas Garcia, Noah Garcia, Ceon Quetel, Cemanie Quetel, Christopher Montes, Emanuel Villatorro; brothers-in-law: Paul Alcala, Mark Deutschmann, Anthony Morton, Steve Morton and Alvin Morton; sister-in-law: Lorraine Venzen, Pauline Venzen, Gardinia Venzen, Pearl Morton, Agnes Morton, Sonia Morton; aunts: Theresa White, Delita DeLagard, Rehenia Brunn, Dale Turnbull, Rehenia Ricketts, Muriel Donovan, Beladine Ford and Clarita Powell; uncle: John Venzen, Oswald Venzen, Vincent Powell, Carl Powell and Kenneth Powell; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, at Calvary Baptiste Church.
Interment will be cremation.
Funeral arrangements are by Turnbull’s Funeral Home.
