Bill No. 29-0129 – An Act requiring the Director of Internal Revenue to offset the gross receipts tax liability of any business operating in the V.I. against any amount of money that the Government of the Virgin Islands owes to that business, and also requiring the lieutenant governor to offset a property owner’s property tax liability against any amount of money that the Government of the V.I. owes to the property owner.

Bill No. 29-0126 – An Act to name the roadway beginning at the intersection of Route 107 and Route 108 up to Picture Point on St. John, V.I. the “Calvert C. Marsh Road”
Bill No. 29-0062 –An Act prohibiting the importation into the V.I. of gaming devices and other equipment other than by a duly licensed importer of the devices
Bill No. 29-0077 — An Act amending Title 32, V.I.C., chapter 21, to require applicants for casino licenses to provide a marketing strategy designed to enhance tourism in the Virgin Islands
Bill No. 29-0104 – An Act to repeal and reenact Title 7, V.I.C., Chapter 13, the Farmer’s Fisherman and Consumer’s Assistance Act
