From 7-10 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 19, horticultural director David Hamada will lead a very special tour of the St. George Village Botanical Garden by the light of the full moon. During Gardens by Moonlight, enjoy wine, cheese and hors d’oeuvres while listening to Sandy Nelson on keyboard and vocals playing some jazz standards, light rock and blues — tunes befitting a moonlit night. Stargazing and education interpretation will be offered by Rick Starr and Bob Wakefield.
This tour will be limited in size so as to preserve the intimate nature of one of St. Croix’s most beautiful settings. The gate will open at 6:30 p.m. and the tour will start promptly at 7 p.m.
