Registration Begins for Night Courses at CTEC

The St. Croix Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) has announced the opening of registration for second semester courses in the evening program for school year 2010-2011. Registration is ongoing until Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, from 5:30-8 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Classes will begin on Jan. 31, 2011 and end on June 10, 2011, according to a press release from Principal Willard John.
The second semester courses offered for CTEC’s evening programs are: Core Safety Curriculum and Introduction to Construction Careers; Basic Electricity (NCCER Level 1); Certified Nursing Assistant; Computer Maintenance and Repair CISCO; Automotive Service Technician; Auto Collision, Repair and Refinishing (Auto Body) – Part 1; Protective Services – An Introduction to Careers in Law Enforcement, Public Safety and Fire Service; and a Work Place Readiness seminar.
