The third Project Homeless Connect will be held on Friday, Oct. 23, at the Department of Agriculture Fair Grounds to help serve the homeless by donating small sizes of personal hygiene items including mouth wash, tooth paste, tooth brushes, shampoo, lotion, deodorant and other toiletries. The public is asked to drop off donated items at the St. Croix Mission Outreach at No. 20 King Street and at 10,000 Helpers in Frederiksted on the corner of Market and Hospital Street by Friday, Oct. 16.
