Oct. 12, 2007 — Vehicles using the outbound lane of the Cyril E. King Airport access road will be rerouted through Sub Base until 9 p.m. Friday.
Vehicles leaving the airport must take a detour over the hill and into Sub Base. Incoming traffic is not affected by the lane closure, according to a news release issued Friday afternoon by the V.I. Port Authority.
The detour is the result of a V.I. Waste Management Authority repair project, the release said.
