Dear Source:
I have been involved in the IT industry for fifteen years on this island. As a subcontractor I have worked for parent companies of ICC, the VI Gov't and local ISP companies. It has always been clear to me that the current so called "Public Services Commission" we have in place does not serve the general public at all in regards to telecommunications. In my opinion they are essentially "bought and paid for" by those who have the means to keep them on their side thereby suppressing competition by telecommunication companies whose services could greatly benefit the public of the Virgin Islands. It's time to move on and I agree that the PSC should be held accountable for their actions, especially with regard to the recent findings with ICC.
