The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission will hold a meeting at 8:30 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 13, in the conference room of the PSC offices, Barbel Plaza, St. Thomas. The agenda will include water and power matters and status reports, a petition by WAPA; net metering for alternative energy supplies; and an executive session.
