Public Service Commission Meeting and Agenda

Oct. 7, 2006 The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission will hold a meeting at 8:30 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 13, in the conference room of the PSC offices, Barbel Plaza, St. Thomas, according to a press release from PSC.
The Amended Agenda will include:
Call to Order
Water and Power Matters: (1) Docket 289 LEAC/ review of LEAC rates for Nov.-Dec. 2006-10-02; status report on St. Croix HRSG; status report on condition assessment update
(2) WAPA's petition for approval of a fuel hedging program
(3) Net metering for alternative energy supplies;
Executive Session
Adjournment
