WAPA Could Try Other Energy Sources

Dear Source:
I just finished reading the article about WAPA's dilemma in finding a new power supply. I'm wondering if you have considered the newer Fuel Cell Technology that's available on the market.
Several companies may jump at the chance to be in the spotlight of solving your problem. In fact, this is just what our nation is looking for in terms of renewable power sources, clean air and no emissions other than water!!
Several companies are making power for other countries that realize the future of energy and its effects on the environment. The President like him or not has mentioned these renewable energy sources on several occasions, which I'm sure for an oil man comes very hard. I'm not affiliated with any of these companies but since I've become disabled I have been looking into the various forms and sources of renewable energy.
I've spent hours researching how these fuel cells work and certain companies sell and maintain there systems often for the sake of Public Enlightenment.
If you are interested at all I would suggest looking into some of these companies that hold contracts with the U.S. Government along with foreign Countries. Thank you for your time.
