Medicare Holding Town Meeting in Spanish on Prescription Drug Plan

Nov. 19, 2005 – The Virgin Islands State Health Insurance Program, in partnership with Hispanos Unidos, will be holding a town meeting in Spanish to educate Spanish-speaking Medicare beneficiaries about the Prescription Drug Coverage Plan. The meeting will take place on St. Croix on Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Estate Profit Community Center.
The meeting will inform beneficiaries on the various types of plans and also help them to enroll in a plan that meets their needs, according to the press release from the office of the lieutenant governor.
