New Teachers Being Welcomed in St. Croix

August 14, 2004 – The fourth annual new teachers' reception has been scheduled for Friday, Aug. 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Government House.
According to a press release, the Department of Education’s Division of Human Resources is partnering with the St. Croix Chamber of Commerce to make this event a success.
Once again, donations are being sought from the merchants of St. Croix for door prizes and gifts to be included in welcome bags to each new teacher.
The donations can be dropped off at the chamber office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
