The V.I. Resource Conservation and Development Council invites Virgin Islanders to participate in a two-day Project Design and Evaluation Short Course. The course will be held July 29 and 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the UVI Marine Science Center Conference Room on St. Thomas.Participants are requested to register no later than Friday, July 23, at 692-9632.
