POLICE SAY TEEN-AGER DIED IN FALL FROM ROCKS

Dec. 23, 2002 – A 15-year-old youth fell to his death Saturday at Bolongo Bay beach, police reported in a release distributed on Monday.
Rous Owen Brandt reportedly was walking across some rocks at the beach when he slipped and fell, Deputy Police Chief Theodore Carty said on Monday.
Carty said he did not know where the teen-ager and his family are from; only that they had been vacationing on St. Thomas and were guests at Bolongo Bay Beach Club. No additional information was immediately available.
