Maureen Rabsatt-Cullar was named acting post auditor of the 24th Legislature Tuesday. She served as executive director of the previous Legislature.
In announcing the appointment, incoming Finance Committee Chairwoman Alicia "Chucky" Hansen said Rabsatt-Cullar's "experience as a fiscal officer and her sense of dedication and integrity make her a perfect choice during this difficult transition period."
Rabsatt-Cullar holds an MBA from the University of the Virgin Islands and also served in the Finance and Property and Procurement departments under former Gov. Alexander Farrelly.
