Army Officer Bernard Warrington Jr. Promoted to Full Colonel

Col. Bernard Warrington Jr.U.S. Army active duty officer Bernard Warrington Jr., a native Crucian, son of Martha J. Mills and 1988 alum of St. Croix Central High School, was recently promoted to full colonel by MG Stephen Lyons, CG, 8th TSC, Ft. Shafter, Hawaii. Col. Warrington’s military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Combined Logistics Officer’s Advanced Course, and the United States Army Command and General Staff College (resident). Additionally, his civilian education includes an MBA (Industrial Engineering and Operations), Inter-American University; BBA, GCSU, several associate of arts from Georgia Military College and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
He has multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, overseas tours in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. His command assignments include deputy brigade commander, battalion commander and company commander. His staff assignments include HQDA DCS-G-3/5/7 plans officer (Pentagon) and legislative fellow, 110th Congress Office of Sen. Claire McCaskill. Currently, he is USPACOM Defense coordinating officer and 8th TSC assistant chief of staff for logistics (G4).
Col. Warrington celebrated his promotion with his wife of 18 years, TaMekii Warrington, and kids, Naomi and Nigel.
