KOW Additional Information

Non-restaurants will be provided with three cases of wings. Restaurants will be provided with four cases of wings. Participants will also be provided with a 10×10 area for their setup. If more space is required, let KOW organizers know in advance as there are five prime locations available at an increased rate.

Each team is responsible for its own tables, tents, chairs and burners/grills (we only provide the space). Generators are not permitted during this event by competitors. If a competitor is using a smoker-style grill for food preparation, that person must advise us in advance.

****New this year!****

All teams are required to be at the beach to set up no later than 9 a.m., and all vehicles must be in their designated parking spots by 10 a.m.. Vehicles will only be allowed near the competition arena to drop-off supplies at the beginning of the event and pick up supplies at the end. For convenience, there will be several free shuttles from Fort Christian Parking Lot and Tutu Park Mall starting at 10 a.m.

Entry Fee: $350 for non-restaurants / $500 for restaurants / $1,000 for a prime location.
