INVITATION FOR BIDS – IFB 001-2024-STX/STT/STJ
ENVISION HRRP GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (VIODR) Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR) seeks highly skilled licensed construction contractors to provide residential construction repair, rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction services for fifty-five single-family owner-occupied residential structures on the islands of St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John.

The performance of these services will enable ODR to complete permanent repairs to residential structures damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this IFB.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@usviodr.com beginning on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

Mandatory pre-bid conferences will take place at 3:00 pm at the University of the Virgin Islands Innovation Center on April 8, 2024, on St. Thomas and at the RT Park on April 9, 2024, on St. Croix. Mandatory site visits will take place from April 10 to 17, 2024.

Proposals will be accepted by email at ODR_EBIDS@usvipfa.com until Tuesday, April 30, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm AST.

The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. For information or queries, please contact the Office of Disaster Recovery at info@usviodr.com. The Office of Disaster Recovery reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.
