Students at the John H. Woodson Jr. High School on St. Croix will be dismissed immediately due to a burst water pipe affecting the campus, the V.I. Education Department announced at 1:46 p.m. Wednesday.
“For the safety and comfort of our students, immediate dismissal is necessary,” the press release stated. Parents should pick up their children as soon as possible, it said. Transportation will be available for students who rely on school bus services.
