The V.I. Police Department on Tuesday asked the community’s help in locating 22-year-old Karisma Farrell. Police have a warrant for Farrell’s arrest in connection with a 1first-degree assault that occurred Jan. 31, 2017, in Estate Tutu.
Farrell is a black female who stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weights about 130 pounds.
Police urged anyone who knows Farrell’s whereabouts to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-714-9800 or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477.
