Riel Roy Baptiste died on April 23.
The first viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, May 9, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. The second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by services at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 10, at Nisky Moravian Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
He was the son of George Baptiste Sr. and Helen Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Ianthe King-Baptiste; children: Debra, Roy and Denise; grandchildren: Derick, D’Ana, Daniel, Janae, Devonne, Daryn and Dilan; and siblings: Joan Baptiste, Cornelia Turnbull, Lucille Baptiste-Penn, George (Jig) Baptiste, George (Ajah) Baptiste, Leslie (Tony) and Ira Baptiste.
