ALERT: Road Patching Scheduled for This Week on St. Thomas Includes Bunker Hill

As the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works (DPW) continues to make roads drivable since hurricanes Irma and Maria, temporary road repairs will resume this week on St. Thomas.

On Friday, Dec. 1, Bunker Hill will be closed to the motoring public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. to allow for the patching of several major potholes. DPW is requesting all vehicles be removed to allow adequate space for heavy equipment.

The following outlines the schedule of other areas patching will be done this week:

Monday, November 27

  • Route 38 – Four Winds/ Tutu Fire Station vicinity

Tuesday, November 28

    Route 30 – Frenchman’s Bay Road

Wednesday, November 29

    Contant near the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses Church

Thursday, November 30

    Route 38 – Cassi Hill
