Gloria L. Cooper Dies at 82

Gloria L. CooperGloria L. Cooper of Estate Richmond died on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Gov. Juan Luis Medical Center. She was 82 years old.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cooper Sr. and mother, Geraldine Wesselhoft.
She is survived by her stepdaughter, Cheryl Cooper; stepson, Kenneth Cooper Jr. and Michael Cooper; nieces: Lorelie Esannason, Norma Dennis-Mason, Leila Muller, Linda D. Petersen, Lilla D. Canton and Bertley Dennis; nephews: Axel Dennis, Hugo Dennis, Wilbert, Ralph Dennis and Clyde Dennis; uncle, Lucien Wesslhoft; and brother-in-law, Ralph Delamos.
She is also survived by special friends: Dr. Angel Lake, Ruth Lake, Inez Thomas, Beryl Sergeant, Alvin Milligan, Zahra O’Reilly, Nikima Richards, Floretta Nesbitt, Mr. and Mrs. Olric Carrington, Ms. Lee, Mr. and Mrs. Orinn Arnold, Eulalie Pedersen, Cleone Beverhoudt, Janice James, Elmer Walcott, the Millennium 200 Chior and Lord God of Sabaoth Lutheran Church family; cousin and Ooher relatives: Gloria Joseph, Dianna "Nata" Wesselhoft, June Stewart, Carmen Wesselhoft-Hedrington, Luz Allick, Violet Sewer and Alrene Moses; as well as other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
A special thank you to Dr. Kendall Griffith, J.F. Luis Cardiac Center, ICU, PCU and the Emergency Room staff.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the Lord God of Sobaoth Lutheran Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
