Celia T. Maldonado Dies at 78

"A true Virgin Island icon," founder and director of the St. Croix Majorettes, Celia T. Maldonado, affectionately known as "Cielo," died at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital on April 18. She was 78 years old.
Our sincere thanks go to all 911 Rescue Staff, St. Croix EMT, Dr. Potts, Dr. Reyes and the medical team. We truly appreciate your great effort.
