Keith Elvis Dawson Jr., also known as “Dan Luchi,” died on Saturday, Dec. 8. He was 22 years old.
He is survived by his mother, Berecia Percell; father, Keith Elvis Dawson Sr.; daughter, Kynia Dawson; grandmothers: Eleanor Bastian- Hansen and Beatrice Percell; brothers: Austin Percell and Shawn Dawson; sisters: Shaniqua, Nekia and Shavel Dawson; great aunts: Louise Schulterbrandt, Marilyn Creque and Diane George; great uncle, Raymond George; aunts: Denise, Donna, Deborah, Onika and Linda Dawson, Brenda and Berenice Parson, and Derecia and Bernice Percell; uncles: Allan, Kevin, Stephen and Omal Dawson, Jeff, Jeffrey, Clifford, and Lionel Percell, Irvin Smith, Owen Turnbull and Franklin Parson; nieces: Aniqua Farrington and Shavonte’ Freeman; nephews: Anselmo Farrington Jr., and Shamar and Shakoi Smith; as well as other families and friends too numerous to mention.
A first viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Christ Church Methodist, Market Square. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 2.
