St. Thomas: On April 9, police received several calls from concerned citizens about hearing shots being fired and a vehicle driving into the bush, all in the area of Pillsbury Heights near the National Guard Armory. Upon arrival officers found 21-year-old Lincoln Lewis unresponsive in a red Suzuki Vitara. The victim had been shot several times. Tell us what you know.
