On Dec. 20, Helping Others in a Positive Environment (HOPE) Inc. will host the first “Bringing It to the Schools” Health and Wellness Day Fair. This fair will target 12th grade students, faculty and staff of the Charlotte Amalie High School. There will be free health and wellness screenings, information and consultations.
Some of the services offered at the fair will include information and services related to cancer, diabetes, HIV, heart disease/hypertension and women’s health. All services offered will give consumers a sense of ease and a realistic approach to receiving regular health screenings, common signs and symptoms of abnormal health ailments and the power to make changes in their lives concerning their health and wellbeing.
