Agalia C. Harrigan Dies at 94

Agalia C. Harrigan of Estate La Grande Princesse died on Aug. 20 at her residence. She was 94 years old.

She is survived by her sisters: Cleone Llanos and Pauline Williams; brothers: Peter, Lionel and Franzel Williams; sister-in-law, Eva Williams; brothers-in-law: Felix Llanos, Tony Hendricks and Leslie Richards, stepdaughter-in-law, Dora Harrigan; uncles: Cyril Barnes and Alphonso Aaron; special cousin, Leneta Ford; and special nieces: Bernhilda Caines, Lorraine Wenner, Audra and Monique Wenner, Sinead Miller (godchild), Angelita Gautier, Brenda Henderson, Iman Kareem, Charisma Julian and Narcisse Springer.

She is also survived by special friends: William Joseph Jr., Jennifer McIntosh, Elizabeth Simmonds, Ada Heath, Lucinda Benjamin, Leola Carrol, Josephine Hector, Joseph and Lucy Baker, Winifred Lawrence, Marie Christian, Carmen Mills, Bodil Pool, Gertalin and Deana Bolling, Joseph Lynch, Larry Finley, Egerton Trotman, Madeline Roberts, Cynthia Charles, Christine Warner, Helen Osbourne, Rowena Brown and all Moravian and Lutheran Church families; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
*Please wear hats in memory of Ms. Agalia, who, we all know, loved her hats.
There will be a viewing held at 8:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 27, at Friedensthal Moravian Church. Interment will follow at the Moravian Private Cemetery.
