The Department of Human Services Head Start Program will conduct parent orientation for new and returning students territory-wide from 10 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 1, at the at the Head Start Sugar Estate Complex on St. Thomas for the following centers:

► Bovoni
► Wilhelm George I, II, III and IV ► Sugar Estate I, II, III, and IV
► Savan
Orientation will continue from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1 for the following centers:
► Lindbergh Bay
► Berg’s Home I and II
► Knud Hansen Complex I and II ► Minnetta Mitchell I, II, III, IV and V
► Tutu
► Bovoni

Orientation on St. John is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 2, at the Cruz Bay Head Start Center.
St. Croix orientation is scheduled from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, at the University of the Virgin Islands Great Hall for new parents and guardians, and again from noon to 2 p.m. for returning parents and guardians.

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend to receive important information about Head Start’s rules, policies and procedures, volunteering opportunities, a direct link to free community resources, and an opportunity to meet and interact with Head Start staff.
