As a cost-saving measure, the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will suspend customer service Saturday hours, effective Aug. 1, until further notice. The Customer Services Department (cashiers and customer service representatives) will observe the following hours of operation Monday through Friday:
St. Croix:
7:30-8 a.m. – Walk-up payment window (outside) open
7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. – All services available (The drive-up window on St. Croix will be open based on staff availability.)
St. Thomas:
7:30 am to 4 p.m. – All services available
St. John:
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. – All services available
Customers can always pay online at www.viwapa.vi. They can also place a check or money order into the drop boxes at our business offices, pay at most local banks or simply mail in your payment.
