Alfredo Urbando Peets of 11-A Estate Tutu died on July 10 at Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan, New York, after a brief illness. He was 81 years old.
He is survived by his sons: Anthony A. “Tony T” Peets and Angel Peets; daughter-in-law, Julia Acosta Peets; grandsons: Anthony A. Peets and Amari A. Peets; granddaughters: Aquisha Peets and Alexee Peets; brothers: Basil, Vernon and Leroy Peets; sisters: Venetta Peets-Payne, Florence Peets-Smith, Iris Peets-Decastro, Anita Peets-Kelly and Helen Peets-Phillip; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a first viewing held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, July 22, at the Davis Funeral Home. A second viewing will be held at 11 a.m. followed by a funeral service at noon on Saturday, July 23, at Wesley Methodist Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
