Deron Francis, also known as "Moto," of John F. Kennedy died on Sunday, July 3. He was 40 years old.
He is survived by his fiancé, Sherica Barnes; mother, Miriam Estick; father, Lucien Francis Sr.; daughter, Shomyra Francis; sons: Shomari Francis and Shomanee Francis; adopted sons: Joshua Hernandez and Noel Chaparro Jr.; sisters: Shani K.D.K. Estick, Carol E. Francis and Maritza Francis; brothers: Edwin Francis and Lucien Francis Jr.; adopted brothers: Darryl Brewster and Dexter Joseph; and nephews: Wendell B. Beharry Jr., Shane D. Beharry and Shandell D. Beharry.
He is also survived by aunts: Iris Lewis, Rachael Wallace and Helen Parris; uncle, Joseph Estick; special friends: Keitroy Charles, Dexter Joseph, Lionel Selwood, David Bermudez, Bob Tongue and James Leonard; cousins and other relatives: Natalie, Audrey and Aubrey Jr. Lewis; Iris, James, Clint, Emily and Joseph Jr. Estick, Beverly and Isaiah Wallace, Cheryl Ravariere, Joseph Eastman and family and the Jackson family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 18, at the Peter’s Rest Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
