STD/HIV/TB Clinics to Close Temporarily, MAP Cards Available

The Department of Health STD/HIV/TB clinics territory-wide will be closed on Friday, Dec. 3, for staff training. Normal hours will resume Monday, Dec. 6, in both the St. Thomas-St. John and St. Croix districts, according to a press release from Health Commissioner Julia Sheen.
Also, beginning Monday, Dec. 6, Medical Assistance Program (MAP) cards for St. Croix clients will be available for pick up. Residents who did not receive their MAP card last month should visit the Certification Office at the Charles Harwood Medical Complex between 8 and 5 p.m. to pick up the card.
