Anita Kay Parker Dead at 58

May 7, 2009 – Anita Kay Parker of Christiansted, St. Croix, died on Sunday, April 12, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 58 years old.
Born September 19, 1950, in Ontonogan, Michigan, of Donald and Maureen Parker. Anita, along with her sisters, was raised in Iron River, Michigan, by foster parents Russell and Allie Wernholm. Anita attended Iron River High School and graduated with honors, earning a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Northern Michigan University in Marquette.
She is survived by daughter, Rhonda Kay Williams; granddaughter, Kimora Williams; sisters: Dawn M. Greco, Karen M. Fritsche and Laura L. Stark; foster brothers: John E. Wernholm and Thomas D. Wernholm.
A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m., Monday, May 11, at the Kingshill Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
