Jan. 31, 2009 – George R. Simpson Jr. of Estate Strawberry died on Jan. 23. He was 19 years old.
He is survived by his father: George R. Simpson Sr.; grandmother, Eugenie Crispin; great-grandmother, Ruth Tyson; great aunts: Maureen Tyson and Olivia Richards; sisters: Shana, Candita, Bolina and Kenyatta; and brother, Timothy Crispin. He is also survived by niece, Tahlia Crispin; nephew, Kalahi Crispin; aunts: Julia, Juanita and Jeanean Crispin, Vanessa Duchard, Miozoti Nieves and Mary Flemming; uncles: Dave Javis and Pablo Nieves; cousins: Dale Taylor, Tatiana, Asia, Laureen, Ahbasi, Tyroon, Chrisna, Katlyn, Juana, Lila, Saeba, Noah, Dale, Shamela, Mary and Justin Dale Jr.; special friends: Julian, Ishmel, Timothy, Lola and Canisia; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
