Jan. 29, 2009 – The St. Thomas Tax Collector's Office will be closed on Friday, Jan. 30, in order to accommodate staff training, according to a press release from Valencio Jackson, tax collector for the Division of Property Tax. The office, located at Builders Emporium, will resume regular operations on Monday, Feb. 2.
The St. Thomas Tax Assessor's Office is not affected by this closure. The St. Croix offices are not affected by this closure.
