The St. Croix Landmarks Society presents its 23rd season of Music. Celebrate Valentine's Day with "The Love of Music," part of the Candlelight Concert Series at the Whim Plantation Greathouse, which will feature bass baritone Joe Chappel and pianist Paul Vasile, on Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m., and musical selections will include Schubert, Mozart, Ned Rorem et al.
Friday night costs $35 and Saturday is $45, which includes a post-concert artist reception. Boxed Dinner on the Lawn from Turtles Deli can be reserved through the Landmarks Society until noon on Friday. In addition, the artists will participate in the Victor Borge Listen and Learn program on Friday afternoon at Island Center for the Performing Arts.
