Dear Source:
Having surveyed some of Omar's damage on St Croix, it was extremely doubtful that WAPA would restore power as quickly as it did. We were personally expecting to be down for several more days. What a pleasant surprise when WAPA pulled up to our house last night and honked, telling us we had power again!
Thank you, WAPA, for beating what seemed like an insurmountable task.
