Sept. 8, 2008 – Hubert C. Gomes of Williams Delight died on Aug. 31, at the Pavia Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Veronica Gomes; daughters: Karlean Patterson, Lisa Daniels and Carro Keys; sons: Lebert, Stevie and Jeson Gomes; grandchildren: Kaden Patterson, Shawn, Arsino, Tré, Faylisha, Antonio, Nene, Meca, Sofierre, Kallick, Quinton, Tonisha and Jasen Jr.; and great-grandchild, Jaden. He is also survived by brothers: Austin, Auther, Kessune and Desilver Gomes; sisters: Aldona Ward, Rosmarry Ralph, Joan Hunte, Goldine Elwin, Elma Gomes and Shirley Noel; stepchildren: Kelvin Vidal, Halley, Sadra, Stanley, Jemy and Randy; and best friends: Raul Gonzales, Russel Allan and Sarah Greenaway; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m., on Thursday, Sept. 11, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
