Aug. 17, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Resource Conservation & Development Council Inc. (V.I. RC&D), in partnership with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, UVI Cooperative Extension Service, V.I. Department of Agriculture and the Virgin Islands Farmers Cooperative, invite the public to participate in a free manure composting workshop to be held from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 26, in Room 133 of the UVI Research Extension Center.
