July 11, 2008 – Romeo M. Vallade of Sion Hill died on July 5, 2008. He was 69 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Lang-Vallade; daughters: Anna, Arlene and Allison Vallade; brothers: Ishamel Vallade and Alaxander Weekes; grandchildren: Ahisma Cornelius, Irule and Makuan Allah, Giavanni Folkes, Rodney Richardson, Renwick and Lynel Lynch, Kenisha Henderson, Kenika Henderson-Degazon, Marco, Leticia and Tamara Lebron, Takwan and Mekhi Deazle, and Jah-Queda Applewhaite; and 15 great- grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers: Ishmael Vallade and Allick Weekes; mother-in-law, Eudina Kiture-Lang; special friends: Norman Nielsen, Arturo Monell, Vaughan Hendricks, Camille Macedon, Charles Capehart and family, Elroy Roberts and family, Orlando Peters, Carlos Ventura, and Sybil Francis-Thomas; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m., on Wednesday, July 16, at Friedensfeld Moravian Church. It will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Internment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
